Estate Gifting
Leaving a portion of your estate to the Trust in your will has been the primary source of funding for the Trust. By adding the SPCEF Foundation into your will, the SPCEF Foundation can use the funds to grow the Trust and continue to support the SPBC and Students in the future. The Trustees can assist you with the process of amending your will to add the Trust as a beneficiary.
Donations
Regular Donations
Through regular donations to the Trust you contribute to our monthly grant to the SPBC. As we build our pool of regular donors - we can meet our financial targets for gifting while at the same time reinvest into our existing portfolio and grow our capital base.
One-Off Donations
Through receiving one-off donations we utilise the funds for growing our investment portfolio. At times we may run a project for a specific purpose and seek your assistance in meeting a need that we have.
Reminder that the SPCEF is a Charitable Trust and donations are able to be offset against your personal tax. In New Zealand you can receive as much as 30% of your donation back as a tax refund.
Special Projects
From time to time - we may seek your assistance towards funding a special project that we may have. Whether it is seeding income towards our capital portfolio or a specific need that we are aware of we will appreciate your assistance.
